BetHive (“BetHive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. We do not intentionally collect your full payment card number. Payments and subscriptions made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment platforms are processed by those platforms, not directly by BetHive.

• Badge, rank, tier, win percentage, and app activity stats.
• Followers and following lists.
• Follow requests.
• Private/public profile setting.
• User search activity inside the app.

Some of this information may be visible to other users depending on your profile settings and the features you use.

C. Bet Slip and Sports Analytics Information

When you create, post, or interact with bet slips, we may collect:

We do not receive your full payment card number from app stores or payment processors.

If your profile is private, some content may be limited to approved followers, but no online system is perfect. Do not post anything you would not want others to see, save, screenshot, or share.

BetHive may use third-party sports data providers to display schedules, odds, scores, player props, statistics, game results, and other sports-related information.

We may combine sports data with user-generated bet slips and app activity to provide analytics, rankings, community trends, and settlement features.

BetHive does not sell betting services and does not process real-money wagers. Analytics are provided for informational, social, and entertainment purposes only.

BetHive is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, sportsbooks, apps, services, or platforms that we do not control.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

If you use the BetHive website, we may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to:

• Understand website traffic.

When you request deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

By creating an account, accessing BetHive, posting content, viewing bet slips, using analytics, subscribing to premium features, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BetHive.

1. Who We Are

BetHive is a social sports analytics and bet slip sharing platform. BetHive allows users to post sports picks, share bet slips, follow other users, view community activity, track slip results, and access sports-related analytics and information.

BetHive is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, bookmaker, lottery, or real-money wagering platform. BetHive does not accept, process, place, match, settle, or pay out real-money bets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetHive. By using BetHive, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use sports-related analytics and social betting-content services in your location.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. If sports betting, sports analytics, bet slip sharing, or related content is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use BetHive in a way that violates those laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user is underage, using the Service unlawfully, abusing the platform, or violating these Terms.

3. No Gambling, Wagering, or Betting Services

BetHive does not offer gambling or wagering services. You cannot place bets, deposit betting funds, withdraw winnings, purchase betting credits, or receive gambling payouts through BetHive.

Any bet slips, picks, odds, lines, results, analytics, rankings, or sports information shown in BetHive are provided for social, informational, educational, analytical, and entertainment purposes only.

BetHive does not encourage illegal gambling. If you choose to place a wager outside of BetHive with a third-party sportsbook or betting operator, that decision is entirely your responsibility. BetHive is not responsible for your betting activity, losses, winnings, account restrictions, sportsbook decisions, or legal compliance.

4. No Financial, Gambling, or Professional Advice

BetHive content is not financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional advice of any kind.

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, winning percentages, rankings, badges, streaks, analytics, community trends, or user history do not guarantee future results.

You should never risk money you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information viewed on BetHive.

5. Responsible Play

BetHive is designed for sports discussion, community, analytics, and entertainment. Sports betting can involve financial risk and may be addictive for some people.

If you feel that sports betting is becoming harmful, stressful, or difficult to control, stop betting and seek help from trusted support resources. BetHive may provide responsible play reminders or links, but we are not a treatment provider and cannot provide medical, mental health, or addiction counseling.

6. Accounts and Security

To use certain BetHive features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact BetHive Support.

We may require verification, security checks, or additional information before restoring access to an account.

7. User Profiles, Followers, Rankings, and Badges

BetHive may include user profiles, follower/following features, private account settings, follow requests, win percentage, rankings, badges, and other community features.

BetHive rankings, tiers, badges, win percentages, streaks, and analytics are platform features for community engagement. They are not guarantees of skill, future success, betting profitability, or professional expertise.

BetHive may update, correct, reset, hide, or remove rankings, badges, slip results, analytics, or profile information if we detect errors, abuse, manipulation, system issues, inaccurate data, or violations of these Terms.

8. Bet Slip Posting and Settlement

Users may post bet slips and picks inside BetHive. BetHive may attempt to grade or settle slips using sports data, odds data, game results, player statistics, or other available information.

Settlement results may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, voided, corrected, or unavailable due to data-provider limitations, incorrect slip information, event changes, postponed games, canceled games, player changes, stat corrections, connection issues, or technical errors.

BetHive does not guarantee that all slips, legs, picks, games, player props, odds, results, or analytics will be settled accurately or instantly.

We reserve the right to correct settlement errors, update results, mark legs as void or non-settleable, adjust win/loss records, and modify rankings when necessary.

9. Sports Data, Odds, and Third-Party Information

BetHive may display sports schedules, odds, lines, spreads, totals, moneylines, player props, scores, statistics, analytics, team names, event information, and other sports-related data from third-party providers.

Sports data may change quickly and may contain errors or delays. BetHive does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any third-party data.

BetHive is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sportsbook, bookmaker, sports league, team, athlete, data provider, app store, or platform unless clearly stated.

Team names, player names, league names, event names, and related identifiers may be used only to identify real-world sports information. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Subscriptions and Premium Features

BetHive may offer free features and paid premium features, including premium analytics, enhanced content, early access, or other subscription-based tools.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, free trials, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase. If you subscribe through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may be governed by that platform’s rules.

BetHive does not control app store billing systems. To cancel a mobile subscription, you may need to manage the subscription through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or the platform where you purchased it.

Premium features may change over time. We may add, remove, update, limit, or modify features, but we will not intentionally mislead users about what is included in a paid subscription.

11. User Content

“User Content” means anything you post, upload, submit, share, display, or make available through BetHive, including bet slips, picks, captions, comments, usernames, profile information, images, messages, reactions, analytics interpretations, and other materials.

You keep ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on BetHive, you give BetHive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, promote, and use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, market, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

12. Community Rules

You agree not to post, upload, share, promote, or engage in content or behavior that includes:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, abuse, intimidation, or hate speech.
• Racist, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or exploitative content.
• Content encouraging illegal gambling, underage gambling, fraud, or irresponsible betting.
• False claims of guaranteed wins, fixed games, insider information, or risk-free betting.
• Scams, phishing, fake promotions, fake giveaways, or impersonation.
• Spam, bots, fake engagement, fake followers, or manipulation of rankings.
• Private personal information about another person without permission.
• Copyrighted, trademarked, or protected content you do not have the right to use.
• Malware, harmful code, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• Any content that violates law, app store rules, or these Terms.

BetHive may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action if we believe these rules are violated.

13. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

BetHive may provide tools to report content, block users, restrict accounts, hide content, review community activity, and moderate violations.

We may review reported content and take action at our discretion. We do not guarantee that every reported item will be removed. We may also remove content or restrict accounts without notice if needed to protect users, comply with law, protect BetHive, or maintain platform integrity.

If you see harmful, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate content, report it inside the app or contact BetHive Support.

14. Promotions, Referrals, and Disclosures

BetHive may offer referral programs, promotions, rewards, discounts, contests, or other marketing campaigns.

Any promotion may be subject to additional rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules will apply.

Users must not make false, misleading, or deceptive claims when promoting BetHive. If you receive compensation, rewards, referral benefits, free access, or any other benefit for promoting BetHive, you must clearly disclose that connection when required by law or platform rules.

15. Prohibited Commercial Use

You may not use BetHive to sell picks, sell betting advice, run paid betting groups, promote illegal sportsbooks, advertise gambling services, solicit money, or operate a competing data-scraping or analytics service without written permission from BetHive.

We may remove promotional content or accounts that use BetHive primarily for spam, scams, illegal gambling promotion, or unauthorized commercial activity.

16. Intellectual Property

BetHive, including its name, logo, design, layout, colors, graphics, software, features, badges, rankings, analytics displays, and other original materials, is owned by BetHive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit BetHive’s intellectual property without written permission.

17. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on BetHive infringes your copyright, contact BetHive Support.

Please include enough information for us to identify the content, your contact information, proof of ownership or authority, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.

18. Privacy

Your use of BetHive is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices you may have.

19. App Stores and Third-Party Platforms

If you download BetHive through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, you may also be subject to that platform’s terms, rules, and policies.

Apple, Google, and other platforms are not responsible for BetHive’s content, services, support, claims, user activity, or disputes, except as required by their own rules or applicable law.

20. Service Availability and Changes

BetHive may be updated, changed, limited, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We may release updates, remove features, adjust analytics, change subscription offerings, modify ranking systems, or update sports coverage as the app develops.

21. Beta Features and Experimental Tools

Some BetHive features may be experimental, in beta, incomplete, or still being tested. Beta features may contain bugs, errors, missing data, limited sports coverage, or incomplete settlement support.

We may change or remove beta features at any time.

22. Disclaimers

BetHive is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetHive makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

BetHive does not guarantee sports outcomes, betting success, winnings, profitability, analytics accuracy, user performance, ranking accuracy, or data availability.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetHive and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost winnings, betting losses, account losses, business interruption, or reputational harm.

BetHive is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your decisions, third-party sportsbooks, sports outcomes, inaccurate data, user content, account misuse, or use of the Service.

24. Indemnification
